The Connecticut Center for Primary Care has been involved in a number of research and education programs focused on the monitoring of children’s development. Help Me Grow and the Connecticut Birth to Three System are designed to help families and providers access appropriate services for young children (birth to 5) who are at risk for developmental, health or behavioral problems.
