Results

Over the course of 6 years, CCPC personnel have collaborated with other research entities such as Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, University of Massachusetts Medical School, The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, UConn School of Medicine Urban Service Track Program, UConn School of Pharmacy, and The Child Health and Development Institute of Connecticut; as well as providers, including ProHealth Physicians practice sites. Though not all of the results were published in journals, we have included project reports for those projects that may be useful to other providers.
