The Connecticut Center for Primary Care’s activities are funded by grants, program sponsors, and private contributions. As a 501(c)(3) organization, all donations made to CCPC are tax deductible. Your donation to CCPC will allow us to continue to develop and deliver health and practice education programs to primary care providers and community members throughout Connecticut.
